At Collaborative we are sourcing projects where we can utilise our skills to add value to development sites. All projects are different but generally we are seeking residential refurbishments, commercial to residential conversions, and new build sites.

We provide high rates of return on investor funds with either a complete hands off approach to the investment or learning along the way by shadowing the project as it progresses.

Roland has mentored and coached many people over the years in both civil engineering and property and and finds teaching and helping others to develop their skills and deliver successful projects incredibly rewarding.

Training

As part of Collaborative Construction's offering we hold regular training days to educate investors and developers in applying core project management principles and techniques in their own projects. We believe that both education and practical experinece are vital ingredients to your success and understanding and applying good project management discipline with put you ahead of your peers, de-risk your projects and make funding streams more readily available and secure.
