Leadership
Collaborative Construction is lead by Roland Parsloe, a Chartered Civil Engineer by background with a vast array of construction and project management experience. He has worked for a range of organizations from small family run business to international contracting businesses such as Skanska. The nature of projects where Roland has worked includes the management of prestigious sections of work on projects such as Crossrail, The Olympic Park and Highways England major road projects. Roland remains actively involved in the UK construction industry providing project management consultancy service on a part time basis to a wide range of clients. Roland has always held a passion for property investment and development. Coming from a family of builders he has 20 plus years’ experience of residential property and has proudly completed numerous renovation, conversion and extension projects. He has added tremendous value through the management of these projects. Roland has invested extensively in property education over recent years and built a portfolion of co-living and single let properties. Roland remains very much involved in property networking circles to ensure he has the most up to date knowledge and support.Introduction To Our Values
